The multifunctional building Galerie Modřany will be built in the direct vicinity of Sofijské náměstí on the site of the former Prior department store.
The project, for which we are providing complete project management, envisages a food hypermarket, retail units for shops and services, including a food court and a restaurant. On the ground floor of the shopping centre, a pass-through backbone passage is proposed, connecting Sofijska Square with the access car park and the main access road of General Šiška, where there is a tram stop.
