1 The Opportunity
The C&W High Street Retail Team was entrusted with an exclusive mandate to lease retail space in the re-development of the Dlouhá 26 building. The task of the landlord was to acquire a major tenant and a prestigious leisure brand with high added value for the building and micro-location.

2 The Solution
After a thorough analysis of trends in entertainment and gastronomy market, selected operators of the best concepts were approached. We collected the offers of individual candidates for the client and after evaluating the offers, the client selected the strongest candidates with regard to the quality of the concept and the conditions offered. Cushman & Wakefield has consistently supported the client by consulting and executing the business case.
3 The Result
The largest network of music and cocktail clubs in Prague has opened a new cocktail lounge Moon Club and has expanded the offer of entertainment on the famous Dlouhá Street with a successful design concept.
