As we bid farewell to the accomplishments of 2023, our local Retail team stands proud of a truly successful year, having sealed over 150 deals and leasing more than 55,000 sq m across the picturesque landscapes of the Czech Republic. In the broader Central European (CE) region, encompassing Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary, our team’s achievements reached new heights with an impressive 500 deals and over 212,000 sq m leased. Reflecting our commitment to sustainability, it has become a cherished tradition to plant three new trees in the heart of Prague for every deal successfully closed – a gesture that extends an open invitation for all to participate and contribute to our green initiative.
