Markéta has been working at Cushman & Wakefield as a consultant in the Retail Department since July 2024. She currently focuses on retail leasing in the center of Prague.
Markéta always strives to provide the best customer experience and build long-term relationships with her clients. Her main added value comes from her previous work experience, where she has provided services in the areas of real estate leasing, architecture and design and business development.
As a retail consultant, Markéta also works with colleagues from other teams, especially property management, retail parks, logistics and offices.
Work Experience
Markéta Kotvová has been working as a real estate consultant since 2020. She started at Engel & Völkers where she was responsible for overseeing the entire process of leasing exclusive properties in Prague, providing appraisals and market value analysis and was ranked among the top 5 agents.
In 2022 she joined Crown Relocations. In her role of Client Engagement Manager, her responsibilities included maintaining and building stronger relationships with corporate clients, managing corporate client accounts in the UK, Ireland and Benelux and monitoring all ongoing services for her accounts.
