Since October 2023 Michał was appointed Head of Retail Agency.
Since January 2023 Michał was appointed Leasing Team Manager and is responsible for business development.
Michał joined C&W in 1998 and was then responsible for high street and shopping centers’ leasing. After C&W he has been working for CBRE for 7 years where he was reposnsible for shopping centers’ leasing as well as business development, establishing relation with shopping center owners and developers. Since 2011 Michał has been workig for Master Management Group as a Head of Development and Leasing Department. He was reponsible for a team of 15 people. At this time, he was responsible for leasing strategies, centers’ planning and acqusitions, development and redevelopment. During his cariera he has established great relations with majority of tenants on the Polish market as well as with Shopping Center Management companies and Landlords.
Michał re-joined C&W in March 2022 and was appointed Team Leasing Manager from January 2023.
Work Experience
Michał is involved in the real estate market for the past 25 years. He specializes in commercial real estate. He has worked on many recognized projects across Poland. Michał worked both for commercial real estate advising companies and for developers and project owners. He is an experienced team member with great understanding of commercial real estate business. Michał was responsible for creation of leasing strategies for existing and new projects with the aim to maximise incomes and attractiveness of shopping centers. Michał was involved in retail acquisitions, Retail Property and Asset Management as well as Design Team.
He has collaborated with the largest real estate companies in Poland and worldwide, as well as with foreign funds.
Michał is valued for his professionalism, extensive knowledge, very good relations with clients. He is able to achieve set goals and provide solutions in win-win strategy. He is a good team player with hard sense of duty and strong managerial skills. Good sense of humor and thinking outside the box his added values.
