Cushman & Wakefield teams have been awarded in 5 categories at the 2019 CIJ awards Czech Republic on Thursday 28 November 2019, held at Slovanský dům’s Empire Hall. It is an outstanding result having the most awards of any, including:
- Best Retail Real Estate Agency
- Best Office Real Estate Agency
- Best Hotel Transaction: Intercontinental Hotel Prague
- Best Commercial Property Transaction: CTP Parks – Deka Immobilien
- Best Land Transaction: Šeberov, Prague
Cushman & Wakefield Retail team was also involved in the Best Retail Development, awarded to Lordship for Centrum Stromovka and Best Tenant, awarded to Flow East’s The Flow Building for PRIMARK.
